[tex-live] ifmtarg.tex

Hi,

I've just discovered a file 

doc/latex/ifmtarg/ifmtarg.tex

with a compiled PDF. It seems to have appeared on CTAN in March this year.

I didn't create this file, and neither did Peter Wilson. (Unless one of us is going crazy.) Whose is it?

Please don't think I'm against the most excellent idea of adding documentation for lonely sty files. But I only realised because Peter discovered it, then contacted me to get Donald's name in there as an author. I'm a little surprised that I wasn't explicitly notified and that the .tex file has no author nor copyright information. (It's the combination of the two surprises that I find most odd.)

Anyway, when I've got a minute I'll fold the documentation file (if I'm allowed to!) into my own sources and make a couple of amendments.
