Yes, they should, if context is installed.

'context' is MarkIV and that will not work out of the box, you
will have to call
	luatools --generate
and some other incantation I forgot to generate the format of MkIV.

ConTeXt MkII based on pdftex and xetex will work out of the box,
calling texexec.
