[tex-live] mkluatexfontdb version 1.07, database version 2.009 crashes

Indeed  the cmunvi.otf font was the culprit for my problem with
mkluatexfontdb. Either removing  this font  or   switching to the
32-bit version of TeXLive fixes the problem.
