I completely agree with Norbert: we should just state that we need a standard
Perl distribution, including perldoc if you want correct help message. If, in
addition, someone wants to use the gui (installer or tlmgr), she also needs perl/tk.

Making a list of which distros ship what in which ways is not our job (and
cannot be done reliably).
