[tex-live] TL'10 pretest trial

If I were you I wish I could just stop supporting this stupid platform.
However, whenever I have to use windows I still prefer TeXLive to
MikTex. I don't know why, maybe it's because TL gives the same user
experiance as in its nix counterpart to some degree, which make me
feel at home. So thank you for all the work.
