Hm, yes. Please take a look at this snapshot:

This ^^^ set of fonts appears on my personal working account, when p5-Tk
is *WITH_XFT* and when test.pl says that "actually used settings" are
"Bitstream Vera Sans" at the size of "-15". There are at least four
different fonts there and I am not sure that Vera is among them at all.

lsof shows that perl binary was accessing the following font files:

I have no idea why OldStandard and LiberationMono were chosen, they are
not mentioned in any of my config files anywhere. (OldStandard is the
font you see in menu and in Display Settings.)

I always get a negative value for size, on all FreeBSD and Linux
machines I have.

I am not sure what font: when p5-Tk is linked against fontconfig or
when it is not? (I.e. you want to know what is that ugly Cyrillic font?
It is _without_ fontconfig.)
