[tex-live] texdoc suggestion for the cool package

just failed to notice that.  it is at the bottom of a huge tree (why
can't you provide a .tds.zip instead, and have a flatter, browsable,
tree on the main archive?)

i've added your vntex.pdf to the catalogue entry.  if you don't like
what i've done (it'll be visible on the web tonight some time), please
ask for another change.  (while i do occasionally browse the catalogue
looking for problems, there are several thousand entries, and the
chances that i will spot any particular problem are pretty small.  i
can deal with people's requests rather quickly, though.)
