[tex-live] TeX4ht does not work properly with default TeXLiveWindows install

    Who's "responsible" for TeX4ht right now?

CVR and I need more developers who are willing to delve into the
mysteries of tex4ht!  We both have a "few" other things to do.  Posting
bug reports is all to the good, but don't expect instant resolutions to
knotty problems when the two of us are all there are.

Please send further mail about tex4ht just to tex4ht at tug.org, not
tex-live.  Since I'm on that list, I'll be able to handle any TL issues
that come up.
