[tex-live] repositories for TeXLive 2010

What do you mean by "haven't been able to use", and is there a
specific update you need to install?   Since the
freeze I get (on a linux system):

$ tlmgr update --list
tlmgr: package repository http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub//texlive/tlpretest
tlmgr: saving backups to /usr/local/texlive/2010/tlpkg/backups
tlmgr: no updates available
