[tex-live] [OT?] bug from 2007 to 2009 with lucida fonts

This mailing list is not the place to discuss Lucida.  There have been
several misconceptions in this thread.  The short answer is, everything
current except the Type 1's (and PCTeX's proprietary lucimtx package) is
on CTAN.
