[tex-live] Status of restricted \write18 and epstopdf conversion

No need to worry about MikTeX.  Christian is a good programmer but I
have the impression that he is not interested in any discussions.  I'm
sure that he notices what's going on in TeX Live and adapts MikTeX
accordingly, if necessary.
