[tex-live] texlive 2009 xindy make-rules compile problem

Thank you very much for your responsiveness, that did clarify things to me.

I have one final dumb question, that is out of topic. How do you reply to the posts here?
Currently I copy the post's topic with a "Re:" at the beginning and post it to tex-live at tug.org.
There should be some automatized way, but I cannot figure it out.
