But would it be possible to get the rsync exmplanation that was on the 
pretest pages back?

We are doing an install party for LaTeX tomorrow (I know bad timing), 
and I think it might be an idea to let them install TL09 via a local 
mirror on our own network

(BTW: I'm on the same backbone as tug.org so I could just get everything 
from there if someone could provide me with the right linux command)
