[tex-live] Update problem ?

It seems all recently added tar.lzma files contain a ./.svn directory
(parallel to texmf) that contains read-only files. This causes failures
upon installation.
I would guess that trying to correct the .svn problems of tex4ht
has inadvertantly created a problem for all updates/installs.
