[tex-live] Instructions on installing PostScript fonts?

This is strange indeed.  I looked up texlive.tlpdb and it seems that a
dependency is missing.  The LaTeX macro packages are useless without
the fonts.

Try:

   tlmgr install collection-fontsrecommended
