[tex-live] Improved Garamond available - please include in CTAN

Hello,

Gael Varoquaux has improved the URW-Garamond by adding old-style figures, true small caps and better kerning:

But he has no time to figure out how to bundle the files for CTAN himself.

Could someone who already knows how to do it please put them on CTAN?
