[tex-live] Updates to magyar and bin-texlive

[enrico.gregorio at univr.it]

After updating the magyar package, I discovered that magyar.ldf has been put in the doc tree,
which I think is not its place.

Moreover, /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf/doc/man/man1/tlmgr.pdf is a 0 byte file
(it appears to be in the package bin-texlive, updated some days ago).
