There are three (at least) different versions of the script.  I
installed the correct one.  The ones in the doc directory are the others.

Report the #! thing upstream if you feel strongly enough about it.  I don't.

    np> I also fixed the tlpsrc that the "bin" files bin/*/latexdiff
    and bin/*/latexrevise a caught.
