[tex-live] Missing images from notes package

    TL includes the LaTeX notes package but not the graphics files which
    notes.sty calls. This is true for both TL 2007 and 2008.

I changed our ctan2tds to run the make command and install the resulting
{hand,info,warn}.{eps,pdf,png} in tex/latex/notes ... hope there are no
filename conflicts.
