Mac OS X 10.5.4, Intel:

I grabbed the ``98 seconds ago'' tlmgr.pl (now 15 minutes ago) and  
before the new tlmgr.pl I got

with the new tlmgr.pl I get

Also, tlmgr --gui gives me the same message
