Hi all,

Since I reported on list this report form a GUT user, but it finally
looks like the problem needs investigation, I forward the relevant part
of it with rough translation. The example as the OP posted it can be
found at:

http://tug.org/~mpg/ECM.zip

HTH,
Manuel.

Here is the first message (excerpt):

Basically:
I can't include pdf's (either from metapost or from Maple). Here is aCME
[attached]. In either case pdflatex blocks saying 'not enough space on
disk'. It used to worked with TL2007.

Then a second message, after I asked a few more questions:

version pdftex
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592-1.40.7 (Web2C 7.5.6)

-----------------

Basically:

My mac is a powerbook Titanium with 1Gb RAM, G4 architecure, more than
30Gb available disk space. [According to wikipedia, this is a powerpc.]

Follows version and screen output of compiling the previous example, then...

It interacts with the system since during execution, unloading [?] of
TeX Live that was running in the background stopped with the message 'no
more space on disk'.
