[tex-live] What is setting PERL5LIB ?

Good suggestion, George : thank you.  In
fact, Perl5Lib turns up in the registry
at

	HKLM\System\ControlSet003\Control\SessionManager\Evironment

(see below).

I shall delete the key and see if it finally
disappears.  Many thanks for your help.
