[tex-live] TeXdoc XeTeX produces unexpected result

It is not up to tex-live team but rather to the authors: if there are
few documents for some package or bundle then there should be an
"umbrella" document (like in oberdiek superbundle) which opens by
%texdoc oberdiek
and contains all links to individual packages
