[tex-live] No more Koma-Script Updates on CTAN

Is this something that a "facilitator" could help resolve ?
I know from personal experience how easy it is to become
frustrated with another party through the medium of e-mail,
and I wonder if someone who knows Markus personally could
discuss the issue(s) with him and reach an amicable conclusion ?
