However, http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr is certainly completely
unusable, though.  I suppose their strength is to distribute coffee...
...not TeX Live.

It seems that the German mirrors

  http://www.dante.de/mirmon/#de

are all quite fast and reliable.
