[tex-live] papersizes: in the document or as system-wide setting?

It is the standard paper size for contracts of all sorts this side of
the pond.  Maybe also for briefs.

I don't know how many lawyers use TeX, but it would be cool to ensure
that it is easy for them to do so.

Even improving just the typography of thier prose would be a huge
improvement!  :^)
