that bug's been there quite a while (it's to do with preparations for
the new generation on-line faq).  now corrected at

  http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/help/uk-tex-faq/FAQ-html.tar.gz

you wouldn't have found it: it doesn't get let out, much.  if i had more
energy/time to work on the thing, i might have taken up bill hammond's
suggestion of a gellmu-based version, in which case, such blunders might
be more difficult to make.

i wonder how many more bugs will have surfaced by the time i get up
tomorrow morning...  :-(
