[tex-live] Bug#488707: ps4pdf.sty missing

It is not in TeXLive 2008 either. Can someone explain why it has been
removed? Given the large number of old style files from the nineties
that we include, it seems strange that one that used to be advertised
much in the first half of this decade has been dropped. And I couldn't
find information about a replacement at a short glance.
