[tex-live] Bug(s) in network installer

Just started investigating TeX Live 2008,
and followed the recommendation from Tug.Org
to download the network installer.  Opened

	file:///F:/TeX/Live/2008/install-tl/readme.html/readme.en.html

and attempted to follow link ("TeX Live documentation (html).") to

	file:///F:/TeX/Live/2008/install-tl/texmf-doc/doc/english/texlive-en/texlive-en.html

Told "The file /F:/TeX/Live/2008/install-tl/texmf-doc/doc/english/texlive-en/texlive-en.html cannot be found.
Please check the location and try again."

In fact, all three of

     * TeX Live documentation (html).
     * Links to all included PDF and HTML documentation.
     * The English TeX FAQ (pdf also available).

results in "... cannot be found" errors.

-- ditto -- for all links in

	"English versions of the Guide are in the
	 texmf-doc/doc/english/ hierarchy, in both
	 html and pdf formats. Translations to other
	languages are also available under texmf-doc/doc/*."
