[tex-live] TEXDOCVIEW_pdf ???

The new names are not new names but established generic ones.
Personally I'd prefer using the following hierarchy:

PDFVIEWER.texdoc
TEXDOCVIEW_pdf (output warning message that it is deprecated)
PDFVIEWER
