[tex-live] Win32: xelatex -0.999.4 failure to process sample2e.tex

It was necessary to update "dll caller" xetex.exe etc.,
since xetex.lib is largely different from the very old one,
which I was using. I think the problem is not related to
the latest update. I'm not aware of the problem, since I usually
work on XP. Anyway, xetex is now running fine on both of XP and Vista.
So I hope it will also work on wine.
New one will be in svn probably tomorrow.
