[tex-live] XMLTeX documentation not up to date?

Hi,

I noticed that

grep xmltexforall *

in texlive/Master/texmf-dist/doc/xmltex/base returns nothing.  However,
the web page
<URL:ftp://ctan.tug.org/tex-archive/macros/xmltex/base/manual.html>
explains this control sequence.

There are other examples where the documentation in TeXlive is not up to
scratch (like with the <?xmltex ...?> construct) when compared with
CTAN.

What gives?
