[tex-live] Removed mathtime fonts -> missing metrics for belleek

The instructions to get belleek working properly (which are on teTeX in
Etch not needed, because belleek is the default there (according to the
following README)) are in
/usr/share/doc/tetex-extra/texmf/fonts/belleek/README (from the package
tetex-extra in Etch).  (in short: activate mt-belleek.map instead of
mt-yy.map and mt-plus.map and

go to the tex/latex/mathtime subdirectory of the main texmf tree and
edit the files my1mtt.fd, my2mtt.fd and my3mtt.fd. In my1mtt.fd,
remove the lines that refer to the fonts "mtmib", "mtmih", "mtmub"
and "mtmuh". In my2mtt.fd, replace "mtsyn" by "mtsy" and remove
the lines that refer to "mtsyb" and "mtsyh". In my3mtt.fd, remove
the lines refer to "mtexb" and "mtexh".

(the editing of the .fd files is only needed to get LaTeX working, Plain
TeX only needs the .map file change)). 

BTW: in addition to the .tfm files, mtmi.vf (which was also removed) is 
also needed for mathtime+belleek to work properly.

According to
http://texcatalogue.sarovar.org/entries/mathtime-metrics.html, the
license of the mathtime metrics is unknown, which would probably mean
that Debian can't distribute them (if font metrics are copyrightable,
that is).
