[tex-live] Embedding TrueType fonts in manuals

I noticed that, but wasn't sure you were asking about that specifically,
since dvipdf is part of Ghostscript, not part of TeX Live.

As far as that goes, I've had some luck embedding base14 with
ps2pdf -dEmbedAllFonts=true -dPDFX=true
(Annoyingly, -dEmbedAllFonts doesn't.)

-dPDFSETTINGS=/printer may also embed the base 14.
-dCompatibilityLevel=1.3 may also be useful, apart from embedding.
