[tex-live] Copyright status of glyphlist

Hi Werner, hi all,

can you give me information on the copyright/license status of
glyphlist.txt and texglyphlist.txt (in glyphlist.tpm)?

The former seems to be downloaded from Adobe, but I couldn't find it any
more on their site.  Whether the latter is derived from the former, or
an independent work I do not know.

Neither of them contains a copyright or license statement, but it
appears to me to be copyrightable material.  There's a different version
of glyphlist.txt, with more comments and a change history, on CTAN in
ftp://tug.ctan.org/pub/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/t2/enc-maps/glyphlist.txt 

It would be great if we could clear this up.
