[tex-live] tex live 2007 released

The TL 2007 iso.zip file is on
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/systems/texlive/Images/
and will presumably make it around the rest of CTAN in due course.

So I've updated the web pages at http://tug.org/texlive.  I also took
this opportunity to reorganize them into several smaller pages instead
of (basically) one big one.

Apparently the images went to DVD/CD production a couple of days ago.

Hope it flies ...
