[tex-live] Request for help with older map files and their current counterparts

All *-antt.map had been replaced by a single antt.map.
vnr.map had been split into vnrtext.map and vnrother.map (in order to
make it easier to replace VNR by Latin Modern).
I suppose that Lucida support files are not in TL because they are
distributed with the fonts.

No idea about:

****** hoekwater.map **********
