[tex-live] xetex aux file renames

Jonathan and all,

I just renamed several of the XeTeX-related directories to try to make
the tpm names more understandable -- e.g., not "config.tpm".  I doubt
anything depended on those intermediate directory names, but let me know
if anything seems problematic.

The tpm files in general are updated now to current reality, and the
dependency/coverage checks are clean.  Next I'll try some test installs
and update the map files.
