WinZip 9 and 10 should be able to uncompress bzip2.

PKZip is able to uncompress bzip2.

The free 7-Zip (--> www.7-zip.org) is able zu uncompress bzip2.

There are more usual zip/unzip programms that know bzip2.

So, what's the problem you are discussing about? The WinXP explorer cannot 
open/decompress bzip2 on it`s own. That's not a real problem, because on 
almost every magazine CD you may find an unzipper that can.
