Last time I tried these did not compile on Mac OS X.  They offer a  
specific interface to X11 Acrobat on Linux and family if I recall  
correctly. That will not work on OS X.

Karl was going to add this to TL. If not, they can just be removed  
from the set of binaries I offer (which is taken from my  
redistribution, so the bbox and ps2eps programs are added after a TL  
make install)
