[tex-live] TLPMGUI problem ?

Dear TeXLivers,

I downloaded and burned texlive2005-inst-20051025.iso, and tried a
installation (as a standard basic TeX user) on a machine which main
caracteristics are :

OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home
Paramètres régionaux: Français (France)
Processeur :x86 Family 6 Model 10 Stepping 0 AuthenticAMD ~2162 Mhz
Version BIOS: A M I - 10000315
OS Version: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 (up-to-date).

The installation (as administrator) runned OK.
I checked that the environnement variables where set OK, and rebooted to
be sure they where taken into accounts. Compilation of sample2e.tex was OK.

But...
When I try to re-run TLPMGUI (in order to add or remove packages), I
get an error message : "couldn't open
"C:/DOCUME~1/PROPRI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/tlpm.pkg": no such file or directory

the detailed view says :
couldn't open "C:/DOCUME~1/PROPRI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/tlpm.pkg": no such
file or directory
     while executing
"source $filesearchpkg"
     invoked from within
".f.nb.fnbrmpkg.f.f22.f.b1 invoke"
     ("uplevel" body line 1)
     invoked from within
"uplevel #0 [list $w invoke]"
     (procedure "tk::ButtonUp" line 24)
     invoked from within
"tk::ButtonUp .f.nb.fnbrmpkg.f.f22.f.b1"
     (command bound to event)

the directory C:/DOCUME~1/PROPRI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/ exists, a "dir tlpm*
gives :
      83 tlpm.batch
164 128 tlpmgui.log
     170 tlpmguierr.log
     126 tlpminst.bat

but, indeed, no "tlpm.pkg" file.

Did I do something wrong during the installation procedure, or is it a
tlpmgui problem ?

Best regards,

Bruno Piguet.
