[tex-live] June freeze?

Originally because JDH's version came without kpathsea, and the
version I got from tex-live at that time gave me compile errors.
Then, I decided to keep it like that, because groff does not
keep it's font metric files in a texmf tree, so it is strange
if dmp assumes they are.
