I know, in the next version there will be txlive-texinfo which does not
include the info program, and which conflicts with texinfo.

This is because up to now I ship one fmtutil.cnf file regardless of what
formats are actually installed. I am just now working on a better
integration with tex-common and /etc/texmf/fmtutil.d which makes this
problem go away.

Strange. Someone has an idea why, again, let me see the test document.
