    New packages:

Installed those.

    wrapft.sty
            tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/ptptex/
            (where there is also wrapfig.sty???)

Thankfully, it's a symlink.  ptptex files are up to date.

    piccorr.sty
            tex-archive/graphics/pictex/addon/

Ok, I installed all the pictex files.  Hope that c.1994 code is still
useful to someone.

    swrule.sty
            not latex specific:
            tex-archive/macros/generic/

Updated all the top-level files from tex-archive/macros/generic into the
genmisc package.  Hope none of the new files cause name clashes.


Don't think we want the rest ...
