Hi Nagesh,

    texlive2005-inst-20051102.iso.bz2

You have to uncompress this with the "bunzip2" program (from the bzip2
package, see bzip.org).  The result is a CD image which you can burn to
an actual disc or mount virtually and install from that way (I assume
Windows is capable).

If this all seems like too much trouble, consider joining a user group
and getting the software sent to you ...
