    TEXMFDIR in the Makefile suitably.

Thanks.  I'll see what I can do, as soon as I have a chance.

It would be so much easier if packages came ready to use.  Having to
examine the intricacies of everybody's Makefile is not practical.  The
main script, Seb's ctan2tds.tl, looks for a `texlive' target but
otherwise ignores Makefiles.

Anyway, I know this is not your problem.  Thanks for looking into it.
