[tex-live] *.1.html question

    What is this good for?  It seems that the `*.1.html' patterns are
    obsolete since there are no *.1.html files in the TeXLive repository.

In the past we (Fabrice, as I recall) created html's for the man pages
so that Windows users (who typically don't have man itself) could have
access to the information.

I don't know if that will happen this year or not.  The patterns being
used doesn't hurt anything, so personally I'd leave them in ...
