[tex-live] texinfo fixes

Hi Karl!

ATM I am preparing a NMU for texinfo in Debian. Checking through the bug
reports I found a trivial de.po fix. I checked it into p4, but you may
also check it into you development version:

p4 describe -du 7753
Change 7753 by preining at preining-laptop on 2005/08/18 15:24:39

        fix texinfo de.po
