[tex-live] lcdf-typetools breakage

It's OK now. 

It fails with the fatal error below if it attempts to run aclocal-1.8, but if the
timestamps are correct, it doesn't try to do this, and all is fine. The warnings
were not the problem, the problem is in the line following these reports:
 
> aclocal-1.8: cannot open > aclocal.m4: Permission denied
