[tex-live] update afm2pl

    Attached updated files of [texk/]afm2pl. If Hans happens also to
    send an afm2pl update then that should be the same one.

I updated those files in TeX Live (in
Build/source.development/TeX/texk/afm2pl).  As the builds proceed, they
should take effect.
